How many days does the package include?
The number of days per quarter is set with you, according to the size of the organisation, the complexity of its information system and its ongoing projects.
What does the direct line cover?
Any IT question from the managing director, topical or everyday: a quote to challenge, a security alert, a new regulatory obligation, a software choice. You call, kodir answers or gets back to you.
What if a question needs an in-depth study?
We offer to carry it out either within the kodir package or as a konseil assignment, depending on its scale. You decide with full knowledge.
What is the difference between kodir and konseil?
kodir is continuous support, quarter after quarter, with a direct line. konseil works on one-off assignments: IT audit, cybersecurity audit, project owner assistance, IT carbon footprint or advice on a specific decision.
