Frequently asked questions

Who can deploy and maintain XWiki in France?
ekuITy has been an XWiki integration partner since 2024. We deploy XWiki (hosted in France or on your infrastructure), configure it, migrate your existing content, train your teams and provide support and updates, as our konnaissance offer.
Can we migrate from Confluence to XWiki?
Yes. ekuITy carries over Confluence spaces, pages and attachments (or SharePoint and Notion content), then reorganises the page tree with your teams. XWiki provides dedicated Confluence import tools, which we complement with structuring work.
What is the difference between konnaissance and XWiki?
konnaissance is ekuITy’s offer built on XWiki: the open source XWiki software plus hosting in France, configuration, migration, training and support. You keep a standard XWiki, exportable at any time in open formats.
Do XWiki and OpenProject work together?
Yes. XWiki and OpenProject have an official integration: OpenProject work packages can be displayed and linked in XWiki pages. ekuITy, the only integrator partnered with both vendors, deploys them together as a sovereign alternative to Confluence and Jira (konnaissance and koprojet).
